The following is my list of grievances.
- Does not get in contact with me after I call 3 times to find out when I will be getting a bone scan.
- Does not get in contact with my insurance for said bone scan.
- Lies about not getting in contact with my insurance for said bone scan.
- Cancels my appointment for no reason
- Gives me some attitude when I still show up for my appointment that you cancelled for no reason.
- Make an appointment for me to get said bone scan without asking me if I were free during that time
Does not tell me how long said bone scan will take, causing me to miss class and work today.
I don’t understand. Why is it so hard to a.) Talk to my insurance, b.) contact the hospital to see when bone scan appointments are available, c.) call me to ask me when I am free based on those appointments and d.)schedule the appointment at the time that works best for me.
i hate this i hate this i hate this i hate this i hate this. i needed to go to that class today. i needed to go to work so i can have money. i don’t have time to waste because every free moment i have needs to go towards studying for my midterm tomorrow.
